Role and responsibility:
Support factory performance improvement through Lean implementation
Allign factory performance report, analysis and assist the improvement
Support Improvement project (productivity, etc)

Requirement:

Posses a degree in Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Pharmacy from reputable university
Understand Lean Manufacturing concept and experienced in it’s implementation
Proficient in microsoft excel for dasboard report
Good in communication (both Bahasa and English)
Experienced in facilitating/giving training/coaching
Experience in Manufacturing especially in Food Industries with same position at least 3 years
